who calls with a hardware or software problem saving most clients a
service call and/or labor fees. (long distance charges may apply)
We find that the majority of problems are software related stemming from
improper installation, configuration or simply an incompatibility issue
with other software or hardware. Most of these problems can easily
be solved over the phone for free. |

through the manufacturer of the particular software package.
