We choose our hardware based on quality, reliability, compatibility and the superior support provided by the manufacturer.  This, combined with our almost 20 years of computer and network experience, allows us to provide the best possible hardware support to all of our clients.

Each of our complete systems use components that are compatible with all other internal components as well as the operating system and included software.  We update all hardware drivers on all complete systems and upgrades we install and we provide links to the latest drivers for each component here on our  site.

Phone and Online Support

Mitronic Solutions provides free phone support for anyone who calls with a hardware or software problem saving most clients a service call and/or labor fees. (long distance charges may apply)  We find that the majority of problems are software related stemming from improper installation, configuration or simply an incompatibility issue with other software or hardware.  Most of these problems can easily be solved over the phone for free.

Software Support

Software support is generally done through the manufacturer of the particular software package.  Mitronic Solutions supports all Microsoft software, i.e. Windows, Office and Works Suites as well as the supporting software for all hardware included in our complete systems.  Our technicians are certified Microcomputer, Network, Windows and Web Specialists trained to provide the best software support for our products.
