Computer Repair

   Mitronic Solutions will service almost any IBM Compatible computer or network.  We have almost 20 years of computer related experience in both hardware and software.  While we don't perform warranty work for other manufacturers, we have serviced everything from plain white box systems to HP, Gateway, Dell and even some MACs.

   Almost all of our services are based on $25.00 per hour and a service charge for onsite repair.  Anything brought to us is simply billed labor for the time we actually spend on the system.  While downloads for updates may take up to 6 hours to complete, we only bill for the time we spend clicking next, yes or whatever confirmations appear during the update (usually under 1 hour).  This means almost all repairs can be completed within the first hour of labor that we actually bill the client.

   Our service charge is based on the distance we have to travel to your location.  We cover most of Licking County, Ohio for only $25.00 service fee.  Anything outside that radius is billed $25.00 plus mileage calculation based on the distance outside our normal service radius.  Out of state service is billed at $200.00 per day plus expenses.
